Been on a personal journey to improve my physical health, which mostly involves going to the gym again on a more consistent basis. Let's just say I spent 2025 slacking off, giving my gym free money and not using the facilities.
I found that I'm more motivated early morning before work and just to give my body a fighting chance, I attend every other day and if I can make it there, I do 50 push-ups minimum at home.
I'm not looking for overnight results. My main goal here is to build a consistent habit of getting a workout in without excuses. Even if that means just for 30 mins because it was too cold outside or I woke up later than usual. More updates to come...cheer me on will ya...
