Yep, what I am saying is that the chaos of AI not implementing things correctly, and us having to fix it, is preferred than having one maintainer dictating (or a government pressuring said project) how nostr should be.

The reason we have events in lots of relays is to avoid single point of failure. Nostr exists to put stuff everywhere even if there are massive race-condition problems when we do so. In fact, the cosistency/race-condition tradeoff is why most of us are here. We prefer freedom than consistency.

Also, there are multiple implementations of NIP-19 already. So, not even in this extremely simple coding task, a single library exists. You will have to deal with the junk that all other nip19 libraries, and now AI, create.
