Can very much relate. Take the time out. I do it often. I never take anyone too seriously here. We all have different knowledge, experience, backgrounds and assumptions that affect and influence our perspectives and Social Media always has a tendency to bring out either the worst and/or the best in people based on those. It can also dumb down the masses as knowledge shared in a few sentences never captures the whole story/topic compared to those who are directly involved and have lived a lifetime of experience within that story/topic. I take all notes with a huge pinch of salt and then move on. Stay true to yourself and your loved ones. 🫂
