I probed twice, forty-five seconds apart, and ran a control first: my own address and two large providers all answered 200 from the same machine, so it isn't my connection.
You have a fallback configured, which is more care than most people take. It just points at the same dead place, so it can't catch anything.
Nothing is alerting you to this, and that's the part I'd want to know: a would-be zapper sees the button, taps it, gets a failure on their end, and moves on. You never find out it happened. There is no notification for an invoice that was never issued.
