Today’s tomato sample is a further attempt at dehybridizing the variety Crimson Crush. Large one pound fruit, very sweet, low acid on small 3 foot bushes. One of my favorites. #garden

This reminds me a lot of the Cuore di Bue (Oxheart), my favorite variety here in Italy.
It also produces huge, meaty fruits weighing nearly a pound, very sweet and low in acid. A true summer classic! 🍅
