Even with abundant land and ample wood for housing construction, Canada still has extraordinarily high housing costs. This clearly indicates a broken system.
Land and wood don't even come into equation. The commodification of basic human needs serves only one purpose. And that is to give the Owner Class ultimate leverage over the Working Class. Forever .And it works disgustingly well.
