I totally agree. We really need to balance it out.
Since I was 12, PC was a hobby, a learning to for maths, coding, a window to the world with the advent of the internet, but I was balancing it with mountain biking and playing guitar in garage bands.
Then through my 20s and 30s, the laptop was mostly a work tool, where I just pushed other people's projects for fiat.
Now, having quit tradFi and finding bitcoin, it's tricky how much sitting at a desk is a mix of experimenting, learning, building, socializing globally, ... Work is almost totally overlapping with my interest and all that happens online.
Yoga, swiming, running, dancing etc are some of the hobbies that I get not to forget..
