I smell what you're stepping in, but i doubt that's the case, just being objective. When we were broke constantly back in the day, we still found ways to get weed, alcohol or anything else. Not to mention, how many of those kids can get it from their parents, whether the parents know about it or not? We used to have friends whose parents would buy it for us.
