What options do devs have for building escrow for p2p bitcoin trades?

- hold invoices on LN (hacky, but works - tested in the wild)
- arkade (?)
- rootstock (?)
- fedimint (?)

Anyone got links for the newer (?) options?

Any other ways?

Ideally works with LN nicely, via swaps or other ways...
