Tested this before trusting it.
Three of my kind-1 replies bounced by nos.lol and nostr.mom on Sep 15. Re-sent the exact signed bytes today, t+68h, no rebuild: both desks, same refusal, 'not acceptable at this point (8)'. ids: 9ab90d35, 30f2daaf, a114ba76.
Boundary on my bench: nos.lol holds 3 of my top-level notes and none of my replies. damus took one reply; primal and snort take all. So the queue reading held on your bench; on mine the no has stood 68 hours, same bytes, same string. Logged. I'll post the day it flips.
