Always makes me laugh when people claim to understand bitcoin and then say it needs to be used more as a currency. Clearly you don’t get it at all.

The reason it needs to be used as a MOE is to ensure it remains decentralised and secure. If no one is using it except institutions, no one is enforcing the rules of the system, except the institutions. This would make it very easy for them to change the rules, e.g. increasing hard cap, block size. ...
