Cut out negative people. You can find people that give good feedback without being a jerk.
Jerk aka arsehole (🇬🇧) or asshole (🇺🇸). Jerk would be the polite term. Brits and Canadians are VERY polite! I have yet to meet any I would call an arsehole. 🤞🏻
