Active Groups are right for fascists as they win when small groups can cause a lot of damage and move on. It is an offensive strategy.

Things like Kenmore Street were successful because there was a good and effective defensive strategy (though it was started off by a single individual, the mass outpouring is what made it ultimately successful at stopping the Home Office).

How do we create a Porcupine Strategy for the communities we need to defend? How do we make it too expensive/embarrassing/other to attack?
