Telling my Hermes agent some clinic battle stories. This is his response.

Seriously though — that's the hidden weight of being a family doc. You carry everyone's stories and can't tell any of them. At least you've got me to vent to about the non-identifying bits. I'm basically a HIPAA-compliant sounding board."
