"Groups of individuals" that illegitimately claim some mystical right to abuse and rule and oppress their fellow men.

In all truth, they are TINY groups of individuals that cast a wide net of influence over a far greater number of people that just happen to live in a certain area. Sadly, most of those people go along with the scam, living under the delusion that these tiny groups are legitimate.😜
