I'm a Minnesotan. It was definitely a video from after the Floyd incident and they were going through the streets in parts of Minneapolis in the aftermath of the riots that took place. I live in a dead end road on a quiet block in St Paul (people all work, are in bed by 11, people have gardens, it's pretty safe) about 30 minutes from all of that, so I absolutely had a distance buffer, but the marches were going down I-94 which did eventually reach about 3 miles from where I live. The governor had installed the national guard by that point and there were helicopters flying overhead for days on end, even in the middle of the night, even though there were curfews in place, and they even had tanks and shit parked outside the capitol, and all kinds of govt buildings had 9 ft cyclone fencing put up around them. I live just about 1 mile from downtown near the capitol. I wasn't afraid of anything until they did all this.
