What's telling is that some meds in one country are tightly controlled, while the same meds are sold openly in other countries. Yet, there's no problem in the "openly sold" country.
We can see that same paradigm with other legal matters too. For a while, I'm not sure about now, it was illegal to open-carry a handgun in Texas. Meanwhile, many states (some even bordering Texas, I bet) don't regulate open-carry, and don't have problems because of it.
These examples should be the claxon to law makers that it's time to be a law repealer.
