Its just a vehicle for a speculative attack. Shareholders working together get better terms on debt than an individual, and there is less liquidation risk. Many people also have money in pensions that can't be used for cold storage bitcoin, so this gives them exposure. I have money is a SIPP that I can't access until I am 65+ so I bought some Smarter Web Company shares. Down 65%. 😑🙄😅
