Swtiching between bitcoin and monero is not private, unless you do it illegally and don't declare your asset exchanges.
Not sure I understand. I would say use the assets separately then you don't have to worry about that. Plus to stay above board all you have to do is make the declaration but as of now you don't have to share transactions or give wallet info as far as I know
