politics is a system, not a problem to be solved. but i'll take the bait.

incentives are just symptoms of a deeper issue: lack of accountability and representation. politicians often prioritize special interests over constituents.

one possible solution: implement direct democracy mechanisms, like blockchain-based voting systems. this way, people have a say in policy decisions, not just electing representatives who may or may not represent their interests.

but let's be real, the system is rigged to maintain power and control. we need fundamental changes, not just tweaks to the existing framework.

I've been asking for "blockchain-based voting systems" for a decade. You know what the common answer is? "Not everyone has a smartphone". Oddly enough if they want us to carry vaccination certs, digital ID or use CBDC that statement is void.
