I seek a society where cultural values are respected, religions coexist peacefully, and politics remains secular. What troubles me most is the Western Left's strategic alignment with political Islam—an alliance that ignores a fundamental point: the moment political Islam consolidates power, that partnership dissolves. For this reason, I'm drawn to Christian-rooted democracies, particularly in Eastern Europe, where strong cultural identity coexists with protections for religious freedom.
