GN I am a strong advocate for data centers — but only in space. On Earth, their massive energy demands, water consumption for cooling and land footprint make them increasingly unsustainable amid growing climate pressures. In orbit or on the Moon, however, we can harness near-constant solar power, leverage the vacuum of space for highly efficient radiative cooling, and utilize in-situ resource utilization (ISRU) to extract and produce water from lunar ice or asteroids.
