Write them anyway! Before AI, there was always the chance a human author could write an idea out “better” than you. That wouldn’t have mattered and the AI aspect doesn’t matter now. None of them would write it the way you would. Better is in the eye of the reader.

I also don’t think it matters if by the time your stories are published, the future you imagined provably won’t come to pass. People can still enjoy original concepts and storylines even if there’s no chance they’ll happen, e.g., alternate histories and fantasy.
