Last week I was in a supermarket checking if I could find some toothpaste without fluoride in it.
I looked at 20+ toothpastes.
Also the ones for children and they ALL had fluoride and other garbage ...
My dentist said I have the best oral hygiene he's seen. I told him I hadn't brushed my teeth in over a year and only use a water jet flosser. And then I had to stop him putting fluoride in my mouth.
If you don't eat sugars, grains, nuts, fruit or veg then you don't need toothpaste at all. Zero plaque, zero mouth odour, zero cavities.
