it's useless. wifi with extra steps and no control over where the coverage is. nowhere in my house it gets over 4mbit and upload? so unstable i can't upload 30mb files reliably.
Then it's definitely a weapon given it works within the 30 GHz - 300 GHz range, and US Mil has weapons (Dews) that can be lethal at 96 GHz
