@nprofile1q... Part of my job is monitoring and reporting on how many deaths our ambulances attend each week, highlighting times when it goes up or down beyond the normal variation.
If the temperature gets above about 25°, the deaths invariably go up.
(There are also similar changes when it's cold. You can understand a lot about the weather by looking at a mortality chart. And also about whether or not something has happened to encourage extra drinking.)
