Email is bad bc of the way it’s used. I HATE receiving one-sentence emails from co-workers, it’s a complete productivity drain. You have a QQ? Send a slack/TEAMS message

The main difference is response time expectations. email is more async and respects peoples time and flow states. how is it a productivity drain? just schedule email into specific times so that it doesn’t interrupt your productivity.
