>when humanity tried to build a tower to heaven you were there ? How do you know that?

I obviously wasn't there, but as a Christian taking the Bible as true, it describes the events of Babel in Genesis 11. Humanity had the task of filling the earth for God's glory and the flourishing of all life; when they failed and God graciously renewed that task after the Flood, at Babel they stayed put in one spot to try and build for their own glory. God came down and confused the languages to spread people out, and graciously renewed the task again in calling Abram and promising to bring blessing to all peoples through his seed (Genesis 12:1-3).

You question makes me think that perhaps you view the biblical accounts as non-historical. If that's your position, there are many others like you. However, there are also many Christians (and Jews) worldwide who do hold the Bible as historically reliable, who also are educated and believe in science as an amazing tool for human flourishing.

As money, bitcoin is amazingly powerful technology. Its the best money we humans have invented yet. However, like any other technology (firearms, printing press, capital markets) it can be used for good or evil. Its just a tool.

Tolls are powerful. When people serve the tools instead of using tools to serve God and neighbor, the tools become masters and veer into idolotry---idolatry being anything one serves rather than the Creator God.
