The myth of #Narcissus is on my mind a lot as I read about the algae, and I'm trying to figure out a reading that makes sense. In trying to make Lincoln's Reflecting Pool about himself (which is what he trying to do with all of DC, the US, and the world), Trump has destroyed it. So not like Narcissus. But like Narcissus, it is only a matter of time until he joins the algae.
