Without meds, HIV positive faggots die immediately. And ironically, about half of the faggots with HIV don't take meds or take them inconsistently. So they die very fast.

If gay men cared about other gay men, they would be working full time on public announcements & campaigns to stop gay promiscuity to stop the AIDS pandemic. Because 71% of AIDS patients are faggots.
