He never could. The very first sats I bought were on etoro before I even had spent 10 minutes studying bitcoin back in 2021.
Fortunately it wasn't much but the withdraw button never even showed for me.

Support said I had to own at least 0.06 bitcoin to withdraw but I didn't feel like giving them any more money so I stopped using the platform altogether.
