People who follow my research are aware of the fact that in 2026, I discovered what is likely an ancestral connection between a relatively unknown, potentially and controversially ancient, spiritual wisdom text and what many would call the most significant archaeological discovery of the 20th century: the Dead Sea Scrolls.
In order to present my case for the legitimacy of this controversial spiritual wisdom text, I must do my due diligence and provide as much provenance as possible, connecting as many relevant dots as possible.
On the fabled Isle of Avalon, the famous Glastonbury Abbey Library was burned by arsonists in 1184 AD. Less than 60 years before that fire, William of Malmesbury, renowned for his scholastic diligence, was invited to stay at the Abbey with full access to the Library in order to write the history of the Abbey. This book is like the anchor that a mountain climber drove into the face of the mountain right before losing grip and falling. This thing is a treasure.
I made a pencil rubbing of the cover because it was embossed but a bit difficult to contrast.
I figured for something that was intended to be a history of an 1100 year old religious institution, the book was going to be massive, filled with small print, but it's actually now the 2nd smallest book in my research library, replacing my copy of the Jefferson Bible which was formerly 2nd only to my pocket sized Dhammapada.

I prefer hardcover books, especially for key or important books. They're more durable and I want this personal library to one day seed and anchor a greater library: something akin to Glastonbury or Alexandria, and something that is designed and positioned to last through the millennia to come.
That said, it was hard to find any copies, let alone a hard cover copy. I found one in England but the seller wouldn't sell to me in the US because of the tariffs. In the same way you don't stop a swarm of cyberhornets, you don't stop a flock of Flight Clubbers from soaring to new heights. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
@Henry, thank you so much for acquiring and shipping me not only this book, but the other two you sent along as well. It blows my mind how rare these are on this side of the pond. Plasma scientists keep mysteriously or perhaps (in)conveniently being unalived. Where there's smoke, there are mysterious deaths. Between that and the rest of my research, I agree Temple was onto the plasma soul idea, I'm guessing he had more than a few other juicy cards to play up his sleeve in Egyptian Dawn. Looking forward to that and the other book which, as a mathematician and bird word nerd, will probably be pure mental crack for me. You didn't just put those books on my radar. You put them in my hands. Your support has been multifaceted and valuable in all forms.
