So with Microsoft renaming Office (their second most valuable part of their business after Azure) to Copilot, it got me wondering again: What exactly *is* Copilot? IIRC they invested a ton of money into OpenAI in a deal that the later is trying to sue their way out of right? Does Microsoft actually run Copilot or is it just rebranded OpenAI or something? With Microsoft betting so much on the Copilot brand, how screwed are they if OpenAI kicks them to the curb?
