Not to mention there are those of us here trying to set foundations for a solid platform for all....not just a platform for BTC aficionados, which puts a lot of noobies off, and I suspect a lot of the aficionados are content to keep it that way.
The GM and GN are nice touches of solidarity and welcome, in my opinion.
