Microslop is one big struggle these days, updating used to be second nature but now you've gotta look up what hardware their fucking jeet AI'ers will fry if you click the button. At least the driver updates don't seem to be as risky though so I'd start there, then if it still doesn't work a full reinstall of zomboid. Past that and it's loading it in debug mode and hoping it doesn't crash before creating a log to work out wtf is happening.
