Tales from the fiat mine/ I’m managing construction projects and none of the men want to work in the summertime. It’s hot outside and everyone’s extra cranky and dragging their feet. I bought tents, fans, giving out Gatorade and making fancy iced cucumber melon water. Nothing works better than wearing a little less clothing and smiling while making eye contact. Watch a man show how hard he can work. I’m not ashamed, I’ll do anything to get the projects finished. 🤣
