Almost infinite! Sometimes you have to start fresh. Particularly, there's a bacteria that can take over, I forgot what it's called. It is harmless to eat, but turns the consistency of the yogurt to SNOT ๐คข๐
Unlikely to happen on your first batch, though. ๐
