We didn't. We never colonized anybody. We are just the scapegoats. Our people were just here surviving and minding their own business while the usual elite was going around the world terrorizing all the other populations. We never went anywhere unless we were the cannon fodder for their wars.

Acksually... the British government in colonial Australia did forbid shagging the natives, in many proclamations. Control over access to women was as important as control over the ports, to the government. (It didn't work. Thirsty bois and thrill-seeking women crossed the line a lot.)
