@nprofile1q... when it has gotten that bad, it's in the framing of the structure and will just return. Landlords hate that stuff because in a lot of ways, it can not be permanently remediated. It'll find a way back in. Bleach makes black mold "angry". I just went through this whole experience with someone, been learning a lot about mold lately.
