Today, just a couple jars of sour kraut, but using additional ingredients I foraged (dandelion, wild mustard, nettles, plantain, wild lettuce) and seasoning with some nasturtiums, onions, garlic, turmeric, ginger, and assorted other spices.
I'm gonna make more soon, but need to hit the store for a few things I don't have on hand or ran out of. I also have a tonne of horse radish in the freezer from last year I need to use up, so will probably make some spicy stuff using that soon too.
