As soon as I had an #adhd diagnosis I told

a. my spouse
b. one of my kids whom I suspect
(c. a coworker who clued me in
d. oh and a couple other coworkers who surprised me into oversharing--oops)

Today I sent an email to the wider family: rest of the kids (all legal adults), in-laws. etc

That was 3.5h ago. Not a single reply.

They hate me and/or think I'm #brainrot
