hi, yes, Plebeian has tos because the site itself is hosted and operated from the uk/eu.... even when building pure freedom tech, we still have to comply with existing laws in the jurisdiction where the servers and legal entity live....so it means basic stuff like not allowing illegal goods/services, cp etc.

The real magic is tho once your nip99 listing is on Nostr, it's out there forever on relays, uncensorable, even if someone tried to pressure Plebeian to remove it. Plus the software is foss, so you can download it and run your own instance... The platform is just one access point. nostr and bitcoin is the real backbone.
