Do you think god changed its mind on humanity after Jesus ? Why try to save us after trying to reset the slate (Noah) ? Do he give up because he thought we wouldn't live up to his expectation ?

God is not a creature, He doesn’t change. He is Eternal and always Good.

God is perfect and immutable. The story of Creation is consistent across covenants: God redeeming a people to Himself even as His creatures flee in rebellion. The entire Bible is a testament to this fact.
