sure i could just fix my caffeine headache but at some point into suffering i just accept that this is my life now and resolve to ride it out 🐎
For me it lasts ~4 days, from there on it's smooth sailing with no ups and downs of caffeine levels. Well worth the struggle and I can have some occassionally without any withdrawal symptoms. I still drink decaf, tastes the same and you get the antioxidants etc. ☕
