How did we go from "freeing the people from monopoly over money" to "making anthropic the richest company in the world"?

I liked that we were so deliberate about our actions, about ethics, about everything and now most of nostr is just helping build the slop industrial complex and i hate it.

If i don't find a way to tune this out, I'll probably just disconnect.

Ohh yeah and bitcoin is taking a beating and no one seems to care, and not in a good way.
