You would also move your coins if you were dumping the other side of the chain. I'm desperate to know if any exchanges are planning to list the fork. So far I can't find any news of the big exchange...

In that case the community can agree to temporarily peg bip110 value to legacy coin value and use it tax free. If legacy coin value goes to zero at any point, free market will find value for the coins on the pure chain.
