Hyperinflation happens on single nation state economies. Very hard to do it on a global reserve currency, the world economy has too much inertia to move that quick.

Also the western world isn't going to stop using USD for trade even if the global south does. I'm pulling this out of thin air but something like 60% of trade will probably still be in USD. And it's not like this hasn't happened before, GBP didn't hyperinflate.
