I set up the first routstr node outside of the dev team. Been running Private Provider node since last summer.
It works amazing, gets a little use since it dynamically selects lowest price, which is hard to compete with paying the vps, the upstream AI and the dev cut per query.
The latest 3.0 has been a huge improvement both in the chat interface and the dashboard.
I like to use my own routstr node to obscure my own AI use and you can select specific providers to use instead if lowest price if you like the models they offer.
I offer all the PPQ models...
