Expanding an idea by @nprofile1q... to build dynamic relay hooks that apps and users can create to push their events to other servers. It could be great for syncing between relays, sending events into Push Notification services, or sending events to other services for processing, like Web of Trust providers or nostr bridges to other networks. By doing a Push model directly from the relay, we circumvent the need to AUTH from a event pulling service, which would require the server to control the user's nsec to log in. Comments?
