@nprofile1q... I specifically want to go for mid 90s textures on low-polygon models.

But it seems everyone's now either doing 16 color pixel art, or downscaled photo textures with their own individual color profile.

256 color palettes for whole games doesn't seem to be a thing anyone teaches.
